Do hormonal contraceptive pills have an ef fect on marriage? Yes -- not a good effect. Research involving contraceptive pill use clearly shows two simple facts about the effects of taking contraceptive pills:
1. Women that take contraceptive pills are less attractive to men.
2. When women take contraceptive pills, they find different men attractive.
So when a wife starts taking the pill, both husband and wife may instinctively start "looking elsewhere for love". At some level, both can begin to prefer different "partners". [See references below to research involving contraceptive pill use. It is often dangerous to draw unintended conclusions from research, but read and see for yourself how clearly this research shows negative effects of taking contraceptive pills.]
